Patrick Newcomb is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a diverse background spanning military service, aviation, finance, and business development. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Patrick served as a Helicopter Combat Rescue Swimmer, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and mission-first mindset that continue to define his leadership style today.

Following his military service, Patrick transitioned to civil aviation, building a distinguished career as both an airline and corporate pilot. He held key leadership roles including Safety Officer, Chief Pilot, and Director of Flight Operations for organizations such as Jet Edge, Link Snacks (Jack Link’s Beef Jerky), and Justiss Oil Company. In these roles, he was responsible for high-stakes operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and team leadership—skills that translate directly into his success in business and investment strategy.

Between flying and managing flight departments, he founded and served as CEO of Principle Lending, where he scaled the company into one of the largest hard money lenders in Jacksonville, Florida. During this time, he also built and managed a real estate portfolio exceeding $2.5 million in commercial and residential assets, gaining firsthand experience in acquisitions, asset management, and value creation.

His entrepreneurial drive led him to found and serve as CEO of AeroFlex Logistix Corp, a FedEx-contracted commercial trucking company. Under his leadership, the company achieved over 200% growth in less than two years, demonstrating his ability to scale operations, build systems, and execute with precision.

Having sold his stake in the trucking company, he is now founder and CEO of Maven Business Enterprises LLC, Patrick focuses on acquiring and revitalizing underperforming real estate and businesses.
