Patrick Newcomb has been building, acquiring, and growing assets for over two decades. In the early 2000s, he owned 11 properties — including a commercial asset — and ran Principle Lending LLC, a mortgage company specializing in hard money loans and conventional financing for real estate investors.
Most recently, Patrick scaled a trucking company from 7 contracted runs and 9 trucks to 19 runs and 21 trucks with nearly $4 million in annual revenue — then sold it at double its original value. That's the operator mindset he brings to every acquisition.
Today, Maven Business Enterprises is 100% focused on multifamily — targeting 25+ unit properties in landlord-friendly Midwest markets, with a goal of 500+ doors.
Zachary Newcomb is an emerging business professional with a strong foundation in operations, risk management, and customer service leadership. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Zach graduated with a 3.92 GPA and earned multiple academic honors, including Dean's List recognition and the Jacob A Memorial Scholarship. Prior to completing his degree at River Falls, he attended University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where he also achieved Dean's List honors and was nominated for membership in the National Society of Leadership & Success. He additionally holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northwood Technical College.
Professionally, Zach has developed a diverse background that combines analytical thinking, leadership, and operational efficiency. During his internship as a Risk Manager with Workers Compensation Modifier Controllers, he managed workers' compensation claims, analyzed medical and legal documentation, and helped implement strategies that reduced occupational therapy costs for employers. His ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and sound judgment demonstrated both strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Zach also brings extensive frontline leadership experience through his long-standing role with Kwik Trip where he has worked since 2017. As a Guest Service Leader, he has trained more than 80 employees and multiple assistant managers, contributed to top district sales performance, managed operational audits, and supported daily business planning and budgeting. Known for his strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Zach is passionate about business operations, team development, and creating efficient systems that drive long-term success.
